Fr. Patrick Harrity died in Glasgow on 2nd November 2025 at the age of 90. Although he was part of the community in Rutherglen, for some time he had been cared for in a nursing home.
Patrick was ordained priest on 3rd February 1961 and spent the next 65 years as a missionary in Zambia and Great Britain.
His funeral will take place at 1pm at St Columbkille’s Church, Rutherglen on Tuesday 18th November 2025.
